i know this will probably sound silly ...... but i dont like taking painkillers .... im a great believer in .. it hurts for a reason kinda thing .....

so unless it is unbarable ... i dont take them Smile

i have however been taking ibruprofen ... but only about 1 or 2 a day .... to keep the swelling at bay Smile
