Fed up with feeling down!!!

Ok ladys need some advice!!!! I have suffered from depression for many years and although i am really good at hiding it for the sake of my son and family every now and again i hit rock bottom and really struggle to get out of the rut!!!!!! Well i am having one of those times and feel fed up with life and all my past creeps up on me too!!!! I have tried counciling and it didnt work for me i also tried anti d's but hated the person i became on those and will never try them again so what i need are any tips or other things i can try i am so desperate to feel happyer and get on with my life so will try anything xxxxxxx
