What time do your kids go to bed and wake up and how old are they???
Callum is 2 1/2 and goes to bed at 830 (usually asleep by 9) then wakes at 7 ish and has a 1 hr 15 min nap in the afternoon

you lucky thing, i think zach will have deleted naps by 2 years :-( i take him up at 8 but takes until 9:30 for him to fall asleep. then he's up when his daddy comes home at about 6 am and then in bed with us for a lie in until 8:30 and naps in the day for a max of 2 hours but not always

well the older ones have to be in bed by 9pm on a school day and they usually wake about 7..............morgan goes to bed at 8 oclock then wud sleep in till i wake her lol

Duncan is 4 past in jan he goes to bed at 7pm (our time) and gets up at about 7am most mornings, he has stopped having a nap now except at nursery and the childminder as he has to be up by 6am on those days as i work.....when i go to work though he is normally in bed by 6.30pm he sleeps quiet quickly....xxx
